 There's no doubt that we are living in challenging times that force us to navigate through complex and even contradictory feelings. How can we help ourselves go through difficult emotional states without being destroyed by them? 
Let’s attempt to do so with the help of music because it communicates directly with us in the pure language of emotions, and it doesn't separate them into "positive" and "negative," as all of them are equally valid. Music creates a safe imaginative space within us where we can feel anything without being hurt: we can allow ourselves to feel sad, angry, or anxious with pleasure and without limitations. 
Together, we will explore the nature and meaning of emotions, how they manifest themselves in different types of music, and why various emotions have been accepted or rejected by society throughout history.

You'll hear music by Bach, Chopin, Firtich, Cowell, and others.
